Al Davis was an American football executive who was the principal owner of the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League, who is famous for his motto “Just win, baby.” He was born in Brockton, Massachusetts on July 4, 1929. He also had honored inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1992. The winner of the AFL’s Coach of the Year in 1963 is a graduate of Syracuse University.
Al Davis died on October 8, 2011 in Oakland, California, at 82, according to some sources, the cause of death was not disclosed.
