A few hours ago, some media reported about the revocation of the demands of Mariah Yeater for Justin Bieber, but apparently Mariah is still expecting Justin to take a DNA test, as has been quoted from TMZ. Mariah lawyer, Jeffery Leving has been confirmed by WGN Morning News that the lawsuit will continue as planned.
“Negotiations are going on right now with Bieber’s counsel and we’re trying to negotiate a private, secure DNA test with the same safeguards that would exist if there were a court order, but without a court order,” said Leving to the news station.
Meanwhile, Bieber’s spokesman, Matthew Hiltzik rejected Mariah’s the request for Justin to keep doing DNA testing in private. Matthew Hiltzik, told HollywoodLife.com, ”I just want it to be clear there are absolutely no settlement discussions. She can’t demand a paternity test. Her other lawyers filed to dismiss the case and dropped her as a client.”
Mariah’s lawyer also said that the 20-year-old mom has been put in extreme danger since going public with her story that she gave birth to Justin’s baby.
“I just spoke to Mariah today, someone was recently stalking her,” Leving said. “She is happy that she changed her number so she’s not getting death threats by phone. She’s a young 20-year-old mother who now has to worry about her safety and her child’s. It’s a lot for any woman that age to handle.”(hollywoodlife)
